Returns and Refunds


Due to the personalized nature of our goods, we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.

If the item is defective or we have made an error we will gladly either refund or replace the item if time permits. Please notify us within 3 days of arrival by emailing us with your order number and the problem with the item to support@yourbrew.co.uk.

We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault or error. If you cannot provide this then you may need to pay for the item to be sent back to us for inspection. Once we have checked the issue we will gladly refund you for the postage you have paid to send the item back to us as well as the full cost of the order.
